Ranika began her journey as a braider, determined to use her gift to serve a higher purpose. With a deep commitment to her faith, she spent countless hours seeking guidance from God, striving to offer a new, inspired perspective on life through her work in hair. Today, she owns "Ranika Styles," an anointed braiding business where she is known as the stitch braid specialist. Ranika treats each client as family, dedicating herself to being a living testament to God’s love and uplifting others with her talent.

In addition to her work as a stylist, Ranika is a dedicated advocate for youth. She founded "Serving My Way to the Blessings," a nonprofit youth ministry that addresses the needs of younger generations. With a focus on mentoring, her organization trains young adults to be role models, inspiring teenagers to positively influence children. Ranika believes that breaking generational barriers begins with preparing the eldest child to lead, fostering spiritual, emotional, and psychological growth that cascades through the family. Her dedication to service is reflected in her roles as an author, motivational speaker, mother, wife, and a vessel devoted to God's purpose.
